Training Courses

To make your start easier and allow you to use of TRNSYS as effectively as possible, we offer training courses on a regular basis. Find information about the different trainings offered here.

Online Training

Since the first online courses in 2020 and have received positive feedback from participants, so we continue to offer virtual trainings.

You won’t be on your own with theory and a list of exercises to work through. Instead, we rely on small groups and a direct interaction during the classes. We will demonstrate and explain the functionalities of the application, answer your questions, and apply the new knowledge together on different examples. This way, we maintain the same quality as in our in-person classes.

With the online format, we are able to offer greater flexibility in the choice of dates and more convenience in the attendance for our participants. The course dates are flexible depending on a minimum of participants.

Conditions: Registrations are binding; therefore, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 50% of the course fee if participants cancel less than two weeks before the course date. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the course are not possible. Please note that a course date only takes place if a minimum of three participants is reached. If the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the course cannot take place for other reasons, we will inform you in time and you will receive a full refund.

In-Person Training

Each participant works on a separate computer provided by us and is supervised by our software specialists. The trainings usually take place in Stuttgart. Depending on the requirements, the training courses are held in German or English.

Courses are announced about two to three months in advance on our website and via our TRNSYS Newsletter. Additional trainings or on-site appointments on request.

Registrations and reservations for upcoming courses can be made by e-mail. Please provide us with your name, TRNSYS User-ID, company and training number(s). We will then send you all further information.
